Fighter: Deepika Padukone Flaunts Bhangra Moves, Exudes Her Playful Side In Viral BTS Video, Watch

Deepika Padukone is undoubtedly one of the biggest female stars of the country. The actress who has enjoyed an unparalleled career with Blockbusters like Om Shanti Om, Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat is top of her game not only in the field of acting but being her playful self when the camera is not rolling. Hence, on the actress’s birthday, the makers of Fighter unveiled a zesty BTS video from the sets, proving once again that Deepika Padukone’s persona is infectious as ever.

The BTS video that was shared by the official Instagram handle of Viacom18 on Monday encapsulated the myriad looks of Deepika from the songs of the upcoming film. Whether it came to oozing swag while riding a bike, sporting a leather jacket or just flaunting Bhangra moves with the director Siddharth Anand, the clip rightfully did justice to her versatile persona. Deepika Padukone is celebrating her 38th birthday today, January 5. She has spent roughly 17 years building an impressive career. Beyond Bollywood, she has carved a distinctive place in the global entertainment industry. Her accomplishments include being named one of Time magazine’s 100 most influential people in 2018 and receiving the Time 100 Impact Award last year. In 2020, she became Louis Vuitton’s first-ever Indian brand ambassador, followed by making history as the initial Indian brand ambassador for luxury jewellery brand Cartier two years later.

Deepika has been busy with work in the recent years. In 2023, she was a part of two big blockbusters. She was seen in Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham. The film surpassed the Rs 1000 crore collection. She reunited with Shah Rukh for a special role in Jawan. Although a relatively smaller role, Deepika left a massive impact on audience.

The actress will now be seen in Fighter. Directed by Pathaan helmer Siddharth Anand, Deepika will be sm thharing the screen with Hrithik Roshan. This marks her first film with the actor. A couple of songs from the film have already been released. The film is set to release on January 25.
