Watch: Shanaya Kapoor Serves Girl Next Door Vibes As She Arrives At Farhan Akhtar’s Residence

As Friendship Day fever swept across the nation yesterday, Bollywood celebrities joined the celebration with their closest friends. Hours ago, videos of Gen Z stars and childhood friends Suhana Khan, Ananya Panday and Shanaya Kapoor flooded the Internet as the trio stepped out for a lunch date to mark the special day. Now, in a new video, Shanaya can be seen arriving at actor and director Farhan Akhtar’s house for the ultimate Friendship Day celebration.

Shanaya Kapoor’s arrival at Farhan Akhtar’s house was soon followed by her mother, Maheep Kapoor, who joined her for the celebration. The mother-daughter duo made a stylish statement with their casual outfits. Shanaya opted for a chic white full-sleeved top paired with bell-bottom jeans, while Maheep exuded timeless elegance in a printed shirt and blue jeans. They chose to forgo posing for the paparazzi as they made their way into the house.

Before Attending Farhan Akhtar’s party, Shanaya Kapoor was clicked outside a cafe in Mumbai on Sunday with Ananya Panday and Suhana Khan. The divas were dressed in breezy summer outfits as seen in a clip doing rounds on the Internet. While Ananya wore a blue checkered shirt with matching shorts, Suhana and Shanaya looked stunning in their ankle-length outfits.

Besides her personal life, Shanaya Kapoor has also been making headlines for her south debut with the pan-India movie Vrushabha. Directed by Nanda Kishore, it stars Mohanlal in the lead role. Jointly backed by Ektaa R Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, Connekkt Media and AVS Studios, the upcoming film will also see veteran actor Salma Agha’s daughter Zahra S Khan joining the duo for a pivotal role.

Vrushabha, announced in July last year, is touted to be an epic actioner transcending generations. While the official release date is yet to be announced, the film is slated to release by the end of the year.

Previously, Shanaya Kapoor was expected to enter the film industry with Karan Johar’s Bedhadak alongside Lakshya and Gurfateh Pirzada. However, there has been no new update regarding its development. Besides Bedhadak, Shanaya was also expected to be seen opposite Tiger Shroff in the film Screw Dheela. According to several reports, it seems that the Dharma Productions venture has also been shelved.
