One of the more quirky stories fans love to remember is Payne’s spoon phobia. In 2011, he tweeted, “I have a phobia of spoons. I haven’t used one in about 10 years." In interviews, he stuck to his claim, even demonstrating how he ate soup with a fork.

“See, I’m not scared of spoons, I’ll hold one," he explained in 2015. “But I don’t like eating with them if they’re not my spoons," he added, as per People.

Louis Tomlinson’s Carrot Obsession

Early on when One Direction was still rising and all its members were quite young, Louis Tomlinson became known for his playful antics in the band’s video diaries. One of the most memorable lines?
