Kriti Sanon Calls Varun Dhawan ‘Dhokebaaz’ After His Song ‘Khoobsurat’ With Shraddha Kapoor Releases

Varun Dhawan will be seen doing a cameo role in Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2. The makers have today released a song Khoobsurat featuring Varun. Well, as soon as the song was released, Kriti Sanon shared her reaction and called Varun ‘Dhokebaaz’. Both have worked together in Bhediya.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Kriti reacted to a video that Varun shared on his Instagram. The Bhediya actor shared an edit showing his playful revenge on Kriti Sanon, who had danced with Rajkummar Rao in the hit song ‘Aao Kabhi Haveli Pe’ from the original Stree. The actress commented, “Hahahhahaa.. see, that Haveli is where I got bitten! But I think you’ve forgotten who bit you on the bum! Dhokebaaz! Stree no. 2 in your life, huh?”

Khoobsurat song is sung by Vishal Mishra and Sachin-Jigar, who also composed the music. The lyrics is penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The track has been arranged and designed by Sachin-Jigar. The trailer starts from where the first part ended. Chanderi is once again haunted, but this time not by Stree. This time the residents of Chanderi, including Rajkummar, Abhishek, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana, are on a mission to fight against a new monster. Pankaj Tripathi introduces the new threat, ‘Sarkata’ (headless monster). To protect them from this terror comes Shraddha Kapoor. The people pray to Stree this time, “O stree raksha karna”, instead of telling her, “O stree kal aana”.

Coming back to Kriti Sanon, she was last seen in Crew. Reportedly, she and Dhanush are coming together for the first time in Aanand L Rai’s next film titled Tere Ishk Mein. Both actors have worked with the director earlier in different films. Pinkvilla has reported that the film will be an AR Rahman musical with Irshad Kamil on board for the lyrics. she will be next seen in Do Patti with Kajol. The teaser of Do Patti has also been released. The teaser opens with an aerial view of Manali and Kajol is seen as a cop riding a bike. Her voice can be heard in the background throughout the video. She is talking about wrong and right situations in life. Kriti Sanon’s character is also shown as a glamorous one. She is seen in a grey shade. Looks like it is a murder mystery but still nothing is clear. The film will surely keep you on the edge of your seat.
