Kartik Aaryan Celebrates 5 Years Of 'Luka Chuppi': 'A Film That Gave Me So Much Validation'
Kartik Aaryan's Luka Chuppi also starred Kriti Sanon in the lead role. The film turned out to be a massive hit at the box office.

Kartik Aaryan as Guddu from his 2019 romantic comedy ‘Luka Chuppi’ indeed ruled the hearts of the audience with his entertaining performance. With his fabulous comic timing and charming aura of a lover boy, the young superstar delivered a performance that received unanimous love from all across. The film indeed came as a remarkable turn in his career, and as it has clocked 5 years since its release today, the actor took a trip down memory lane with a short glimpse of his scene from the film and a heartfelt note for his fans. 

Marking the 5 years, Kartik took to his social media and shared a scene of Guddu Ki Bidaai from ‘Luka Chuppi’ and jotted down the caption:

Luka Chuppi received a positive, critical response from all across. While Kartik also received love and praise for his performance, his chemistry with Kriti Sanon was loved by the audience. The superstar also released some chartbuster musical albums with the film, which consist of songs like ‘Poster Lagwado Bazar Mein’, ‘Coca Cola’, ‘Photo’, and ‘Laung Laachi’. The film became a major financial success at the box office, grossing Rs 128.60 million worldwide

Kartik Aaryan is gearing up for the release of Chandu Champion. The film directed by Kabir Khan and bankrollled by Sajid Nadiadwala will be releasing in cinemas on June 14th, 2024. He has recently completed the shoot. Chandu Champion is a sports drama portraying the life of Murlikant Petkar, India’s first Paralympic gold medalist in freestyle swimming.

Apart from Chandu Champion, Kartik Aaryan also has ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’, ‘Aashiqui 3’ and the periodic war drama made under the banner of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
