Director Shankar Resumes Shooting For Ram Charan's Game Changer
Producer Dil Raju has expressed his opinion that the film's completion and release date ultimately depend on Shankar.

The Pan-Indian film Game Changer has experienced significant delays, marking Ram Charan’s next project following his acclaimed film RRR. Directed by the legendary S Shankar, the movie has already faced multiple delays, missing several deadlines. Producer Dil Raju has expressed his opinion that the film’s completion and release date ultimately depend on Shankar.

After a prolonged delay, Game Changer is finally returning to the sets, with the makers set to commence shooting a high-octane sequence starting today. The production team is relocating to Ramoji Film City for a 10-day schedule, during which director Shankar plans to film a lavish action sequence. Known for his attention to detail and impressive use of visual effects, Shankar’s movies often deliver remarkable results, leading audiences to anticipate another stellar production from the director.

Meanwhile, with the Dasara slot secured by Devara and the Sankranthi 2025 slots booked by other films such as Vishwambhara, it appears that Game Changer may aim for a release during Diwali or December. Whether this plan materialises remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, wedding celebrations are underway at the residence of S Shankar as his elder daughter, Aishwarya, recently got engaged to assistant director Tarun Karthikeyan at a private function in Chennai. Reports suggest that the event was attended only by close family and friends. Aishwarya’s younger sister and actor-playback singer Aditi shared some photos from the joyful occasion on Instagram following the ceremony.

The photos beautifully capture Aishwarya and Tarun exuding elegance in traditional attire, with Aishwarya adorned in exquisite gold jewellery and a saree, while Tarun opted for a white ensemble. The images also showcase Aishwarya and Aditi’s brother Arjith sharing cherished moments with his siblings.

Aditi Shankar who made her acting debut in Karthi-starrer Viruman captioned the photos with: “With my two favourite people in the world @aishushankar8 @arjith_shankar”.

Aishwarya was previously married to cricketer Rohit Damodaran and they tied the knot in June 2021 in a low-key ceremony due to Covid-related restrictions. However, in October of the same year, Rohit, along with four others, was booked in Puducherry after facing accusations of sexual harassment from a 16-year-old girl.
