Anushka Sharma Lands in Mumbai For the First Time Amid Rumours of Shifting To London; Watch Video

Anushka Sharma was spotted in Mumbai for the first time since rumours surfaced that she and Virat Kohli have moved out of the country. It has been long speculated by fans that Anushka and Virat are setting up a life in London, away from the media attention in Mumbai. The actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport on Wednesday morning sans her children. This also marked her first public appearance since she welcomed her son, Akaay.

For her first appearance, Anushka was seen wearing an all black outfit. The actress slipped into a pair of jet-black pants which she matched with a black jacket. She also styled the outfit with a pair of black sunglasses. She completed the look with a pair of sandals and a neat bun.

As she made her way out of the Mumbai airport, she smiled for the cameras and even waved at them before she jumped into her car and left the venue. Watch the video below:

It seems like Anushka is in town for work. However, it is not clear if she is here for a shoot or an event. We will have to wait and watch.

Nevertheless, fans are happy to see her back in the action. Anushka took a break from the spotlight after she welcomed her son, Akaay. The actress and Virat Kohli announced that they have welcomed a boy in February this year. Back then, Anushka took to her Instagram handle and revealed that they had named the boy Akaay. “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay and Vamika’s little brother into this world!” the couple announced.

Reportedly, Anushka and Virat have now moved to London with their children. But the actress had teased recently that she was scheduled to visit India ‘soon’.

On the work front, Anushka Sharma’s Chakda Xpress has been in the queue for a long time now. It is a biopic on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The movie also marks her comeback to film after six years. She was last seen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The upcoming sports drama will be released on Netflix. However, its release date has not been announced as of now.
