Actress Myna Nandhini Starts Her Saree Business 'Ponnoonchal'

Tamil actress and Bigg Boss Tamil Season 6 contestant Myna Nandhini has started a new venture. Many fans congratulated her. Apart from professional acting, actresses are also interested in business and most film and television actors often start their businesses. Myna Nandhini has announced on social media that she has started a saree business called Ponnoonchal Sarees. Fans have commented that they are interested in buying the dresses released by her company.

Myna Nandhini primarily appears in Tamil films and television shows. She is best known as Myna Revathi in Saravanan Meenatchi (season 2), Alabarai Myna in Chinna Thambi and for her breakthrough role as Mynavathi in Aranmanai 3 (2021). She is also the runner-up of the cooking show Kitchen Super Star (season 3) which aired on Star Vijay in 2015. In 2022, she participated in Bigg Boss 6 as a contestant and finished 3rd. Nandhini debuted her career as an actress in the film Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu in an unspecified role in the film.

She later made her television debut in the comedy reality show Kalakka Povathu Yaaru in which she participated as a contestant. In 2010, she was approached by director Pandiraj, who offered her a role in his film Vamsam. She later accepted the offer and played the supporting role of Sarasu. Later, she also appeared in films like Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga (2013), Vellaikaara Durai (2014) and Romeo Juliet. In 2016, she made her debut as an actress on television by playing the role of a friend of the female lead character in the soap opera Saravanan Meenatchi (season 3); her role in the drama was highly acclaimed. Her name in this role “Myna” became popular after that.

In 2019, she married television actor and comedian Yogeswaran, and in 2020, the couple was blessed with a child. She is also the cousin of Sri Lankan singer and songwriter Dinesh Kanagaratnam.
