HYDERABAD: The YSR Congress which was launched at Idupulapaya in Kadapa district on March 12, constituted the party ad hoc committee on Thursday.YSR’s widow and Pulivendula MLA YS Vijayalakshmi and son and Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy were named as the party honorary president and president respectively. In all, the ad hoc committee comprises two advisors, 21-member central governing council (similar to politburo), 27 district ad hoc conveners and 22 district election observers. There are also a state coordinator and seven party official spokespersons. The names of presidents of the party women's, youth and student wings were also announced.Announcing the party ad hoc committee at a press conference here, former MP and central governing council member Bhuma Nagi Reddy, along with party spokespersons Jupudi Prabhakar Rao, HA Rehman and Vasireddy Padma, said Jagan set up the panel  keeping in view the ensuing elections to local bodies. The capabilities of individuals were taken into consideration in allotting the party posts. Social justice was done to all sections in the ad hoc committee. The party state committee and other commitees would be constituted during the plenum of YSR Congress on July 8. More VVIPs are likely to join the party in near future, Nagi Reddy said without disclosing their names. Replying to a query, he said Jagan would announce the party stand on Telangana at the plenum of YSR Congress after taking into consideration the views of party's rank and file. The party may talk to suspended Telangana TDP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy, he said.Former advisors to government in YSR regime DA Somayajulu and CC Reddy were appointed YSR Congress advisors.The central governing council meant to formulate the party policies, includes former ministers Konathala Ramakrishna, M Mareppa, Jagan's relative YV Subba Reddy, RK Roja, Bajireddy Goverdhan, B Karunakar Reddy, Rehman, Penumatsa Sambasiva Raju and Jakkampudi Vijayalakshmi.Gowru Venkata Reddy (Kurnool), D Padmapriya Krishna Das (Srikakulam), Konathala  amakrishna (Visakhapatnam), S Udayabhanu (Krishna), Jaleel Khan (Vijayawada city), Raj Thakur (Karimnagar) and Venkata Ramana Reddy (Nizamabad) were in the list of district convenors.
