He was given a clean chit in the report.   While considering a petition filed by Ramesh Puthanveettil of Thrissur, Vigilance Judge and Inquiry Commissioner V Bhaskaran ordered a detailed probe in this regard.

In his petition, Ramesh alleged that, when Ramakrishnan was the president of the facility in 1991, there were irregularities while selling the land belonging to the Chacha Nehru Children’s Library to a private party.
