Amway conducted a day long interactive skin care and make over workshop on the theme “Artistry skin care workshop”. The day long workshop tried to redefine skincare by providing effective regimen for women of different ages. Dr Kishan Agarwal of Agarwal clinic gave expert advice on skin and hair and how to maintain them better. Speaking about the core reasons behind skin problems, he said ‘’The main reasons are over exposure to sun rays.’’He stressed on the regular use of sunscreen for teenagers and also suggested ways to maintain skin, prevent wrinkles and combat signs of ageing. His main focus was to inform that the less you experiment on your skin, the better your skin feels and looks.Ollywood makeup expert Raja displayed how to properly apply make up for day and also for a party. Few of the audience members were selected for this purpose and given a makeover. The makeup was done with care so as not to look too heavy on the face. They used all the products from the Attiude and Artistry range of Amway. He also redefined the bridal look for winter night and gave an example of perfect corporate makeup for the office. This was followed by hairstylist Mona, giving each of them a proper hairstyle to go with the makeup.A new range of shades of Attitude products was also launched at the event. Amway VP East, Diptarag Bhattacharjee said, “ The launch of new shades of colour cosmetics comprising Lipsticks and nail colours under Attitude is in line with our strategy to strengthen our beauty category and focus on youth.” Amway’s products are sold under two brand names ‘Attitude’, the premium category and ‘Artistry’, the super premium category.
