New Delhi: President Sarkozy raised eyebrows with his choice of a wife in Carla Bruni, but he has now raised a storm with his latest choice of a minister - Christine Kelly.
Nicknamed bikini babe by the press for more than her revealing modelling assignments, the 39-year-old glamorous TV presenter on news channel LCI is tipped to be the next Minister for Overseas Affairs.
So should wife Carla Bruni worry about what other affairs Kelly may handle?
Many in Paris point out she isn't the only attractive woman the French President has picked for his cabinet.
Kelly would replace Rachida Datti, France's first Muslim minister and a single parent to boot, who was dismissed in January.
Sarkozy also picked Rama Yade as his Human Rights Minister.
Kelly is not without talent though. She has written two biographies besides running a very popular nightly news show.
And if nothing else, the addition of even more glamour to his government will lift the spirits if not the numbers in France's ongoing economic and unemployment crisis.
