The bench posted the matter for further hearing on September 17.Originally, there was a dispute between the two governments over the increased levy of current charges by the then TNEB.The Puducherry Electricity Department approached the High Court, which dismissed the petition in 2004. Aggrieved, an writ appeal was preferred.When the appeal came up on August 14 last, the bench had directed the Puducherry Electricity department to pay Rs 150 crore to TANGEDCO within four weeks.
