KOCHI: Rajendran Pilla, 33, who has been bedridden for the past six years after damaging his spinal chord in an accident, is seeking financial assistance to meet his treatment costs. The Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital authorities, where he has been undergoing treatment, said that Rajendran is hundred per cent disabled with permanent disability. He has traumatic quadriplegia leading to loss of power and sensation below the neck, bedridden and continuous bladder drainage. They also said that he is fully dependent on others for daily activities, the hospital authorities said.
