'Paradigm’, organised by the NCC Naval Wing of Sacred Heart College, Thevara, and 7(K) NCC Naval Wing, Ernakulam, was inaugurated by Kochi Corporation Welfare Standing Committee Chairperson Essy Joseph on Gandhi Jayanthi Day here.
During ‘Paradigm’, which began in 2004, the NCC cadets spend a day with the inmates of government old age home at Thevara.
Donations sponsored by 7(K) NCC Naval Wing Ernakulam, ex-NCC cadets and NCC cadets were distributed during the function. Entertainment programmes by inmates and cadets added colour to the function.
SH College, Thevara, former manager Fr Austin Mulerical presided over the function. Councillor Renish P Rajan, Superintendent Ramesh and Dr Siby Mathew spoke.
