Hyderabad: Not many of us may enjoy typing beyond two or three hours on a computer or typewriter, but believe it or not, Naga Prasad has set an unusual record of typing consistently for over four days.

The 29-year-old from Hyderabad set the record on Wednesday (August 16) for typing non-stop for a marathon 111 hours.

After contemplating a 101-hour non-stop typing record, he has now conquered the 111-hour mark.

Typing his personal compilation The tale of two nations, Naga Prasad, an engineer, pursuing a degree in business from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, had a twin objective behind attempting this feat.

"My subject of writing is related to the India-Pakistan relations. It's a message for both the countries that peace should continue and in any case the best solution is bilateral talks. On Tuesday, which happened to be the Independence Day, it amounted to 100 hours. And on Monday, it was Pakistan's Independence Day," Naga Prasad said.

Besides Naga has been taking up such challenges on earlier occasions. In 2002, he attempted for a marathon typing for 35 hours and 45 minutes and another one being of making 505 paper made rockets.
