All 3 handsets will feature Dolby Mobile and LG Sound Engine technology.

With Sony Ericsson’s Walkman range getting new editions and the same story with Nokia’s XpressMusic and Samsung’s Beat series, LG has also thrown in their hat and is gearing up to launch three new music-centric mobile handsets – the GM310, the GM210 and the GM205. All three handsets will feature Dolby Mobile and LG Sound Engine technology for better audio.

First up the is the GM310 Slider that’s fitted with the following feature set –

* 2.2-inch TFT LCD display with a 240 x 320 pixel resolution

* EDGE/GPRS and HSDPA support

* 512MB or 1GB of internal memory

* MicroSD card support (up to 32GB)

* 3.5mm earphone socket

* Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP

* 3 megapixel autofocus camera

The other two handset that are due for launch soon are lower end models and will include features like -

* 2 megapixel cameras

* MicroSD card support up to 4GB for the GM210 and up to 2GB support for the GM205

* USB 2.0

Not much else has been reveled about these handsets yet.

All three handsets are set to make their debuts in the emerging markets first. According to the reports, these will include Asia Latin America which will also include Mexico and Brazil, so it’s quite possible we’ll see them on our shelves in the next few months hopefully. There’s no pricing or definite availability dates mentioned yet so stay tuned.
