Kasab moved to Arthur Road jail, given high security
Kasab was the only terrorist caught alive after the Mumbai attacks.

New Delhi: Ajmal Amir Kasab, the only terrorist caught alive after the Mumbai attacks on November 26, 2008, has been shifted to Arthur Road Jail three days ago as a measure to ensure his safety.

Police fear that terror groups have contracted his killing to mafia don Dawood Ibrahim's D-company. Reports also say that Chota Shakeel - a top Dawood man has been charged to execute Kasab.

The terror outfits who had created Kasab and others who had attacked Mumbai in November have no use for the lone captured terrorist. Also his spilling the beans and his very existence has become a pain for those who deny loudly that terror is not bred on Pakistani soil.

According to sources, the plot to kill Kasab was revealed when Indian intelligence officials intercepted a phone call in Gujarat.

The issue was taken up at the highest quarters taking into account the importance of the life of Kasab, who is a vital evidence to implicate Pakistan in the Mumbai carnage.

Kasab, a Pakistani national, is the key to unravel the terror attack on Mumbai last year.

What's your reaction?
