New Delhi: The JoSAA Round 3 Seat Allotment Results were expected on July 7th but were delayed. These results are available now on the official website of Joint Seat Allocation Authority - josaa.nic.in.
Students can check for their names in the Round 3 results as the last day to declare Acceptance/Withdrawal is July 13th i.e. Thursday till 1pm only.
The Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) had set-up JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) in 2017 to regulate and manage joint seat allocation for admissions to 97 institutesincluding the most-soughted IITs (23), NITs (31), IIITs (23) and Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs - 20) for the academic year 2017-18. JoSAA is supposed to conduct seven rounds rounds of seat allocation for the academic programs offered in various Institutes that come under the purview of JoSAA 2017.

It will take you to the Results Login page that will display ‘Seat Allotment Result - Round No. 3'

Your result will be shown and you can download it for a print out
As directed by the Supreme Court, the counseling for JoSAA Third Round will start from today at various centres as reported in a candidates results.
The Modified Schedule of Round III of JoSAA 2017 is as per the following:

If a candidate has been allotted a seat in the 3rd round then he has to fill option for ‘freeze’, ‘slide’ or ‘float’ for the choice of academic program that has been allotted to
him. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 3 of JoSAA 2017 must pay the seat acceptance fee (through e-Challan/SBI NetBanking) and get the documents verified at any
reporting center for provisional seat acceptance . However, if a candidate, who has already accepted a seat in Round 1, 2 or 3 but wants to withdraw it, can do the same by
reporting at the reporting center which was allotted to him. The candidates are supposed to withdraw their seat before the seventh round of seat allocation.
The vacant seats after round 3 seat acceptance will be uploaded once the acceptance date closes.
