"His arrest is a big success for the security agencies, for catching him was not an easy task," party's state unit General Secretary Balmukund Sahay said in Ranchi.
"But Centre should not neglect the security of Modi," he said, reminding how the security agencies did not have any inkling of the serial blasts that occurred on October 27 last year in Patna, hours before Modi's rally.
