The high drama started around 11 a.m when Are Srinivas, aged around 25, climbed an advertisement hoarding in front of the women's college in Koti. A group of Telangana employees who were staging a dharna in front of the DMHO office, noticed the youngster climb the hoarding but initially they thought he was a worker trying to fix something on the hoarding .
After reaching atop, the youth started to draw attention of the passersby. Srinivas, a native of Mancherial in Adilabad district, wanted the elected representatives of Congress and TDP from the region to submit their resignations once again for the cause of Telangana.
