Girl kidnapped, assaulted by girl gang

KOZHIKODE: A sixteen-year old teenager, Aanarammal Kaippoyil Jinsha, was kidnapped and assaulted by a five-member girl team, from the city, and abandoned her near the Thamarassery bus station on October 14.  Jinsha was on her way to the college hostel on October 14 at 11 am, when the five-member gang in an auto rickshaw stopped her near Girinagar colony and took her to a house in Malaparamba housing colony and allegedly attacked her with wooden sticks and safety pins, the police said. The girls said they  wanted to discuss about a handball match and took her to the house under construction.
