Festival of St Sebastian Concludes

KANJOOR/ALUVA: The festival of St Sebastian at the St Mary’s Forane Church in Kanjoor concluded on Friday. Thousands of devotees offered prayers during the last three days of the festival that commenced on Tuesday.A unique spiritual procession held in this connection on Friday. Hundreds of Gold Crosses and ornamental umbrellas, carried by the devotees as an offering, was the major attraction of the day. The main festival was held on Friday and the two-day octave will begin on January 26.
