CMs noble gesture

CHENNAI:  The Area Commanders from Tamil Nadu met Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa to personally thank her for increasing the payout of the Home guards from Rs 65 to Rs150 for the call out  duty. The strength of the Home Guards has also been increased from  11,500 to 16,000. The Chennai city was represented by Manjit Singh Area Commandant General and Sanjay Bhansali, Area Commander.
