CBI conducts inquiry at JIPMER

PUDUCHERRY: A two-member team from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) led by its inspector conducted an inquiry at the department of radio diagnosis in JIPMER, in response to a complaint  made against the department.The CBI had received a complaint with regard to purchases of X-ray film, consumables, machinery and chemicals by the department during the last 10 years.The team members made inquiries with the head of the department Dr Elango and store keeper, besides checking records for more than an hour.
