HYDERABAD: Six persons, including three pedestrians, were killed in separate road accidents in the city and its outskirts since Tuesday night.A vegetable vendor S Vicky (25), who was on his way to purchase vegetables from Shamshabad market, was killed in a road accident at Shamshabad on Wednesday morning. Vicky, a resident of Puranapul, was on his way to Shamshabad in an auto when a lorry hit the vehicle at Shatamrai. Vicky died while being shifted to a hospital while two others suffered injuries. 48-year old B Suresh of Balaji Nagar, died after he rammed his car into a parked tipper at Kukatpally Y-junction Tuesday night. A milk vendor C Srinivas Reddy (27) of Qutbullapur died after his two-wheeler was knocked down by a lorry at Dundigal road Tuesday night.A 35-year old person from Borabanda, Ch Ravi, died after he was knocked down by a lorry when he was standing near the JNTU bus stand on Tuesday night. He died while being shifted to a hospital.A retired BHEL employee Kumaraswamy (60) of Sai Residency in Central Excise Colony, was knocked down by a motorcycle while walking near the OU road Tuesday night.An elderly woman, Nagamma (80) of KPHB Colony, was hit by an unidentified vehicle while she was walking on the Outer Ring Road at Raidurg two days ago. She died Tuesday night while undergoing treatment.
