This wikiHow explains how to enable Venmo access for Siri.
Open your iPhone's settings. This is the grey gear icon on one of your Home screens (or a folder named "Utilities").
Scroll to the third group of apps and tap Siri.
Scroll down and select App Support.
Slide the Venmo button right to the "On" position. It should turn green, signifying that Siri and Venmo are now synchronized.
