This wikiHow teaches you how to reset your iPhone or iPad’s internet connection settings to resolve possible Wi-Fi issues.
Open your iPhone or iPad’s Settings. It’s the iPhone Settings App Icon typically found on the home screen.
Tap General. It’s not too far down from the top of the menu.
Tap Reset. It’s at the bottom of the menu. A list of reset options will appear.
Tap Reset network settings. It’s at the center of the list.
Enter your passcode. This is just for security purposes. A confirmation message will appear.
Tap Reset Network Settings. Your iPhone or iPad will now restart. When it comes back up, the network settings will be removed.
