Go to disqus.com. Click on Log in at the top-right corner of the page. Alternatively, directly access the log in page by visiting www.disqus.com/profile/login
Log in to your account. Type your email address or username and password and click on the Login button.
Navigate to your profile page. Click on your profile picture which you can see at the top-right side of the page and select View Profile from the drop-down list.
Edit your profile. Click on the Edit Profile button, near your Disqus name. Or go to www.disqus.com/home/settings/profile to directly access the editing page.
Navigate to the Avatar section. Click on the Choose a method box and select Upload from your computer from the list.
Upload your image. Click on the Choose file button and browse an image file from your computer. Maximum file size for profile photos is 1 MB and recommended dimensions is 128x128 pixels.
Save your changes. Scroll down to bottom and click on the Save button. Wait for the image to upload.
Finished. You can change this avatar in anytime. Done!
