And the two coming together for a friendly banter on social media has sparked excitement among DC and Marvel fans. Recently, Momoa dropped a video on TikTok flexing his muscles. When he jokingly teased that Hemsworth had to work out to attain the physique while he simply put on an Aquaman suit, Hemsworth came with a befitting reply.

In the TikTok video, Jason Momoa can be seen wearing the Aquaman costume and showing off his bulky physique on camera. “What’s up, Hemsworth? Check that out. You had to work out, I didn’t (laughs). Eat your heart out,” he captioned the post. Chris Hemsworth was not someone to back down. The Extraction actor hit back by sharing a clip on TikTok where he was seen working out and flaunting his beefed-up muscles on camera making gritty noises while performing the feat. In reply to Momoa, Hemsworth said, “That’s a lovely padded costume you got there, Jason. I prefer a skin suit myself, mate. I love you Aquaman.” He then captioned the post, “You sure Jason Momoa???”

The original source of the video which is currently circulating online indicates that Jason Momoa recorded the video on the first day of shooting for his upcoming film — Aquaman: The Lost Kingdom. The rest of the clip captures Momoa getting ready to slip into the shoes of Aquaman. He asks his pet dog to wish him “good luck”, gets his hair done, and undergoes shaving. Reacting to the funny clip, one user wrote, “Okay now. Let’s get that Aquaman versus Thor movie.” “Whether he is Aquaman going forward or not I do hope Jason Momoa will be part of the new DCU,’ quipped another. Another dropped multiple laughing emojis in the comment section.
