After a stunning season with Borussia Dortmund, Robert Lewandowski has brushed off any interest in Manchester United or Chelsea and has hinted that a move to Bayern Munich may be on the cards.

Robert Lewandowski has been the talk of the town after a stunning season with Borussia Dortmund. Almost all of Europe's finest clubs are giving it their all in order to sign the 24-year-old striker.

According to a report in The Sun, the Polish striker has apparently decided to brush off any interest in giants Manchester United and Chelsea. Lewandowski, who is supposed to marry this week has told Dortmund that he will either go to Bayern Munich or will stay with the club till the time his contract expires next year.

Lewandowski's contract expires in the summer of 2014 and according to Bayern chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, Bayern will wait for the 24-year-old with a £40million, five-year contract. Speculations regarding Lewandowski joining Bayern ran wild after the Mario Goetze's switch to the club.

In case Lewandowski does decide to join Bayern, Dortmund will suffer a huge blow as they will lose the services of a player who has been the reason behind the club's success the recent season. It was recently reported that in order to make Lewandowski stay, Dortmund offered to double his salary from £4 million to £8 million which the striker turned down.

Earlier, Manchester United had supposedly decided an £80m package to avail the services of the Polish striker and more recently, Manchester City too showed their interest in signing the "most demanded" with an offer of £25.5 million to the Champions League runners-up.
