London: Italian source CalcioMercato claim that Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis will meet with Chelsea this week to complete the sale of Edinson Cavani to the West London club.
A deal is reportedly all but agreed, one that will cost the Blues around 58 million euros, but could also include additional bonuses to benefit the Serie A side should the 26 year old's time at Stamford Bridge prove to be a productive one.
The former Palermo ace has netted 104 goals in 138 appearances for Napoli and Jose Mourinho wants him to replace Fernando Torres, who is still not able to find form for the Blues. Torres managed just eight goals in 36 Premier League appearances last term.
Edinson Cavani is currently on international duty at the Confederations Cup.
