The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the subject-wise schedule for the Common University Entrance Test CUET (PG) 2024. The exam will begin on March 11 and conclude on March 28. It will be held throughout the country as well as in 24 cities outside India. As per the official website, the city intimation slips will be released around seven days before the examination date on the official websites at nta.ac.in and pgcuet.samarth.ac.in.

The CUET (PG) 2024 will be conducted for 157 subjects and 4,62,589 candidates have registered for the exam. The exam will be administered through 7,68,389 tests. Candidates were given the option to choose a maximum of four test papers/subjects. The exam will be held in three shifts — from 9 am to 10.45 am; from 12.45 pm to 2.30 pm; and from 4.30 pm to 6.15 pm.

“CUET (PG) is providing a single window opportunity for students seeking admission in any of the Central Universities (CUs) or other participating Institutions / organizations (including State Universities, Deemed and Private Universities) across the Country,” reads the official notice.

CUET PG 2024 Subject-Wise Schedule: Steps to Check

Step 1: Go to pgcuet.samarth.ac.in, the CUET PG official website.

Step 2: Select the ‘Schedule for Common University Entrance Test [CUET(PG)] – 2024’ link.

Step 3: A PDF file will appear on the screen containing the subject-wise schedule.

Step 4: Check the CUET PG 2024 exam schedule.

Step 5: Download and save the page for further use.

The NTA had introduced several changes to the exam process this year. Candidates taking the CUET PG 2024 will need to respond to 75 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) which is a change from the previous year when the exam included a total of 100 questions. Furthermore, the application fees were increased by Rs 200 for all candidates compared to last year. The fee for extra test papers, which stood at Rs 500 last year, has been updated to Rs 600 for each additional test paper this year.
