Chris Gayle: The Caribbean power-hitter has represented four franchises during his illustrious IPL career. No matter which colour he was donning, Chris Gayle was always up to create havoc with his six-hitting masterclass. He has struck six centuries in the franchise competition, with his highest score being an unbeaten 175.
KL Rahul: KL Rahul is the fourth-leading century-maker in the history of the IPL. Rahul, who is the current captain of Lucknow Super Giants, has previously played for three more franchises – Royal Challengers Bangalore, Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals. He has scored four hundred in 118 IPL matches since 2013.
Shane Watson: The former Australia all-rounder has lifted the IPL trophy twice, first with Rajasthan in the inaugural edition and then with Chennai Super Kings in 2018. Shane Watson has notched four centuries in his 145 IPL appearances to aggregate a total of 3874 runs.
David Warner: The three-time Orange Cap winner has also struck four centuries during his IPL career. David Warner, who has spent eight seasons with Hyderabad, is currently a key member of the Delhi Capitals squad. The Aussie opener has recorded a total of 6397 runs at a commendable average of 41.53.
Shubman Gill: Fresh off the U-19 World Cup triumph, Shubman Gill was picked by Kolkata Knight Riders ahead of the 2018 IPL. After serving the franchise for four years, Gill joined Gujarat Titans in 2022 and registered 863 runs, inspiring the new entrants to secure the title. The youngster has so far smashed three centuries in 91 games in the franchise tournament.
Sanju Samson: Despite his limited appearance in the international circuit, Sanju Samson has time and again proven his calibre in the IPL. The Rajasthan Royals captain has already featured in 152 matches in the T20 competition. He has aggregated 3888 runs while striking three centuries and 20 fifty-plus scores.
Ab de Villiers: The RCB legend might have never won the IPL but his performance in the tournament was always top-notch. Ab de Villiers has played 184 matches in the tournament between 2008 and 2021. He has slammed three hundred and 40 half-centuries to register 5162 runs in total.
Hashim Amla: IPL fans got to see Hasim Amla in action for just two seasons in 2016 and 2017 when the former South Africa batter represented Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings). In his 16 appearances, Amla registered a triple-digit score two times and finished the campaign with 577 runs.
