Marcus Stoinis accompanied de Kock at the crease for a while as the Aussie put up 24 runs off 15 balls before compatriot Maxwell picked up his second wicket of the day.

Nicholas Pooran came out to bat and played second fiddle to the set South African, up until his dismissal by Reece Topley for 81 off just 52 deliveries.

Ayush Badoni walked back to the dugout after his brief stay in the middle as he was dismissed by Yash Dayal for a duck.

Pooran, lit up the stadium with his late fireworks as he marched on to an unbeaten 40-run knock off just 21 deliveries as LSG put up a total of 181 runs.

Siraj was the last to go as Pooran picked up a brilliant catch in the deep off Naveen ul-Haq’s over to close out the game with a dominant win at Bengaluru.
