Kaka Gopal has made his name in the Tamil entertainment industry for his impeccable comic timing. Throughout his career, the actor has performed in over 150 films, earning him popularity among the masses. Kaka, due to the lack of opportunities, maintained distance from the entertainment industry for ten years and made a comeback last year with the film Thalainagaram 2. The actor has left many shocked with his recent picture that is going viral of late.
In the viral picture, Kaka, contrary to his image as a comedy actor, exuded style as he rocked a brown cheque coat with matching pants. The actor, in his beard, looks stylish as he picks a matching pair of sunglasses to accessorise the look. Striking a stellar pose, the actor’s noteworthy look caught the attention of one and all on the Internet.
Meanwhile, Kaka Gopal, in an interview earlier in 2023, spoke about his transformation over the last few years. He said, “I took a break for 10 years from cinema. Look at how it has changed me. This is why breaks are mandatory. Can you see the difference between how I was in the movie Run and what I am today?”
Speaking about how Yogi Babu’s entry into cinema affected others, the actor noted that he doesn’t agree with these claims that the comic actors are losing out on opportunities because of Yogi Babu as many actors are still relevant and are being offered films. The actor added that it happens that the one who is at the peak of his career, gets the most opportunity in comparison with others. Proving his claim with an example, he said that Ganja Karuppu sir did a lot of films at one point but now, he is not seen in many films.
Reflecting on his upcoming projects, Kaka Gopal revealed that he is currently working on a film produced by Lyca Productions. Besides, he also has a film in his kitty, headlined by Santhanam. The actor will be proving his versatility with these films.
