Mumbai: Top mortgage lender Housing Development Finance Corp (HDFC) said Chief Executive Deepak Parekh will step down at the end of the year and be replaced by vice chairman and managing director, Keki Mistry.
Parekh will continue as non-executive chairman of HDFC, the company said in a statement. He worked with HDFC for 31 years, including 16 as chairman.
