Blaupunkt Eyes 4% TV Market Share; Expands Partnership With Amazon
Blaupunkt notes that its partnership with Amazon will enable it to capture a 4% market share by FY24-25.

Blaupunkt TV has partnered with Amazon India to serve as its new e-commerce platform. This partnership will allow the brand to distribute its premium and budget-centric televisions to potential users in India. This means Blaupunkt TVs will now be available across 19,000 pincodes in India.

In addition, Blaupunkt televisions will be available during the Amazon Republic Day Sale, which begins on January 13 and runs through January 19. The company notes that this partnership will enable it to capture a 4% market share by FY24-25. The brand’s range of televisions, including QLED panels, will be available starting at Rs 21,999, 4K Google televisions from Rs 25,999, and more affordable options at Rs 14,999 during the Republic Day sale on Amazon.

For the uninitiated, Blaupunkt TV relaunched in the Indian market in June 2021, through a partnership with Flipkart.

Mr. Avneet Singh Marwah, CEO of SPPL, after this development, said, “We are strategically positioning ourselves for substantial growth in the Indian market. Our exclusive partnership with Flipkart marked a successful reentry, and now, as we envision FY24-FY25 as pivotal, we aim to elevate our market presence by 4%. Looking ahead, we are committed to doubling down on strategic partnerships and investments."
