– Tomato – 1 (chopped)

– Onion – 1 (chopped)

– Garlic – 10 cloves

– Chili powder – 3/4 spoon

– Coriander – 1/2 spoon

– Turmeric powder – 2 pinches

– Ghee – 2 tbsp

– Mustard – 1/4 tsp

– Fenugreek – 1/4 tsp

– Cumin – 1/4 tsp

– Caraway – a bunch

– Salt – as needed
