Bigg Boss 17 Update: Sana's 'Biased' Decision Triggers Housemate Backlash

The latest episode of Bigg Boss 17 featured ugly fights, biased decisions, and every bit of drama that the controversial reality TV show is known for. It all unfolded when Bigg Boss announced the first luxury task of the season to allow contestants to procure ration. Not only did the housemates leave each other enraged but also ended up disrespecting Bigg Boss. Everyone was called out to the garden area but before the voice of Bigg Boss could complete the task announcement, contestants began discussing strategies among themselves. The makers called out the disrespectful behaviour declaring the rules of the game would not be disclosed and they’d still have to play the task.

Contestant Sana was made the supervisor of the task, she was allowed to read the rules but not out aloud for others to hear. She didn’t pay any heed to the instructions and began reading the rules loudly when Bigg Boss was made to interrupt her once again. To win the task, contestants had to hold sticks in their hands, the one who keeps it down first loses. Since housemates weren’t aware of the rules there erupted chaos while discussing who dropped the stick first between Ankita and Mannara.

Although Mannara herself admitted she should’ve lost the task, supervisor Sana decided otherwise. Despite a majority believing Ankita should be the winner when Bigg Boss asked Sana’s opinion, she took Mannara’s name.

What ensued later was a string of arguments. Abhishek Kumar and other contestants blasted off at Sana, calling her decision ‘biased’ and unfair. The winners were given a two-minute window to collect the ration from the store room.

After the time was up, Abhishek Kumar snatched a tray out of contestant Rinku’s hand aggressively. This led to a heated war of words between Abhishek and Khanzaadi. Abhishek was even reprimanded by Bigg Boss for his behaviour and he later followed Khanzaadi around the house to apologize. Take a look at the moment below:

What’s next?

The ugly fight in the luxury task is only going to continue in the next episode but this time Ankita will be at odds with Aishwaryaa. Samarth and Isha will have a violent exchange and Abhishek turns out to be the one to pacify Samarth, despite their love triangle chaos.

If that isn’t enough, Mannara wants to exit the show.
