Bigg Boss 17: Sumbul Touqeer Slams Makers For Dragging Contestants' Personal Lives On Show
In her latest post, Sumbul Touqeer expressed disappointment in Bigg Boss makers for citing contestants' private matters on the show.

Bigg Boss season 17 is unarguably one of the most talked about seasons, especially for the show getting more and more entangled around the personal lives of the contestants and their relationships. From Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain’s marriage hitting the headlines to Munawar Faruqui and his personal life being dragged repeatedly, there have been multiple instances of the contestants remaining cooked up with their issues instead of focusing on the game. While fans have already expressed their disappointment with the makers for dragging the contestants’ personal lives inside the house, TV actress Sumbul Touqeer has now shared a reaction to the same.

Taking to her X handle, Sumbul, an ex-Bigg Boss contestant shared her thoughts on the reality show for dragging people’s private lives. Noting that she feels upset to see a person’s private life being dragged in on the show, she added that the game should not have anything to do with what about person is like outside the house.

Along with that, she also added #Munawar, thus indicating the recent developments inside the house after Ayesha Khan entered the house and levelled some shocking allegations against the latter. “After watching some clips of this season, it saddens me how a person’s private life is dragged on a show which is entirely based on different perspectives..The game or the show should not have anything to do with a person’s life outside the house…”, she wrote.

As soon as she shared the tweet, many came out in her support, claiming that Munawar is one of the strongest contestants on the show and these are just being used to weaken him.

On the other hand, while Munawar’s current feud with Ayesha Khan is garnering a lot of attention, another television actor has also extended his support. Anupamaa fame Paras Kalnawat also penned a heartfelt note for Munawar, extending his best wishes to his comedian.

It is pertinent to note that Munawar Faruqui has been making headlines ever since his ex-girlfriend Ayesha Khan made a wild card entry into the Bigg Boss house. Right after she entered the house, she accused the comedian of cheating on his ex-wife with his ex-girlfriend Nazila Sitaishi. She also alleged that Munawar proposed marriage to her while dating Nazila.

While all these have got fans more intrigued about the truth, Nazila, whose name has been repeatedly dragged inside the house has now finally responded to the claims.

Sharing a video on social media, Nazila while noting that she feels betrayed by both Manawar and Ayesha said that she has been avoiding talking about it to protect her personal life and also someone else’s (Munawar) life being used as entertainment. She also went on to slam Munawar for conveniently flipping his story to defend himself and make her look like a bad person.
